Why Open Access matters
Open access allows readers to consult scholarly work without a subscription barrier. This can improve access for researchers, practitioners, students and institutions that do not maintain extensive journal subscriptions.
Access alone does not remove copyright or attribution requirements. Readers should cite the version of record, follow the reuse terms stated for the article and preserve the meaning and integrity of the work.
MSIS Press supports stable article landing pages, downloadable full text and structured publication metadata so that each published work can be discovered, cited and linked consistently.
