Publication Ethics Statement
MSIS Press expects honest reporting, accurate authorship, appropriate citation, transparent disclosure and respect for research participants, animals, communities and the environment. Fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, duplicate publication, manipulated peer review and undisclosed competing interests are incompatible with publication.
Editors assess concerns fairly and preserve confidentiality while facts are examined. Depending on the evidence and stage of publication, action may include clarification, rejection, correction, expression of concern, withdrawal or retraction. Authors, reviewers and editors must cooperate with reasonable requests for underlying information.
Editorial decisions are based on scholarly merit, scope, ethical acceptability and reliability, without discrimination based on personal identity, nationality, institutional affiliation or viewpoint.
