For Reviewers
Reviewers support the integrity of the scholarly record by providing independent, evidence-based and constructive assessments. Before accepting an invitation, a reviewer should confirm relevant expertise, availability and the absence of a conflict that could affect impartial judgment.
A useful report evaluates the research question, methods, analysis, interpretation, originality, clarity, ethical considerations and adequacy of citations. Comments should distinguish essential corrections from optional suggestions and should never include hostile, discriminatory or personally identifying language.
Manuscripts and review materials are confidential. Reviewers must not use unpublished information for personal advantage, upload it to unapproved services, or delegate the review without permission from the editorial office.
