Copyright and Permissions

Authors must submit only work they are entitled to publish. Text, figures, tables, instruments, photographs and other third-party material must be cited and accompanied by permission when the intended publication or reuse is not covered by law or an applicable licence.

The copyright and licence terms for an MSIS Press article are established by its author agreement and the notice presented with the version of record. Open online availability does not by itself waive attribution, integrity or permission requirements.

Requests to reuse material should identify the article, DOI, material requested, proposed use and requester. MSIS Press can grant permission only for rights it controls; other rights holders must be contacted directly.
