MSIS Press

Surcharges and Article Submission

MSIS Press does not impose an undisclosed surcharge because of an article's length, number of authors, figures or references. If unusual production work or a separate optional service could create an additional cost, the corresponding author must receive and approve that information before payment.

Authors remain responsible for submitting clear academic English, consistent references, legible figures and an editable final file when requested. The editorial office may return files that cannot be reviewed or produced reliably, but it will not direct authors to an unaffiliated commercial editing service as a condition of consideration.

The authoritative amount for a paper is the amount displayed through its verified Author Portal record or confirmed by the journal office.
