Open Peer-Review Policy
MSIS Press protects reviewer reports and identities according to the review arrangement used by the journal and the instructions provided with each assignment. Reviewer identities are not published or disclosed beyond the editorial workflow unless the reviewer has given explicit permission and the editor approves the disclosure.
Authors receive the reviewer comments that the editor has approved for communication. Confidential comments intended only for the editor must concern the editorial assessment and must not contradict the substantive comments supplied to the author.
Any future use of signed or publicly available review reports will be stated clearly by the relevant journal before reviewers accept an assignment.
