MSIS Press

Information For Societies

MSIS Press welcomes preliminary discussions with scholarly societies, university units and research communities seeking a responsible online home for a journal. A publishing arrangement should protect editorial independence, define ownership and governance clearly, and establish realistic responsibilities for editorial work, technology, metadata, preservation and financial administration.

Evaluation considers the proposed title and scope, the qualifications and diversity of the editorial board, peer-review safeguards, publication history where applicable, expected submission volume and long-term continuity. No indexing status, citation metric or revenue outcome is guaranteed.

Organizations may contact MSIS Press with a concise proposal and the names of responsible institutional representatives. Terms are agreed only through a written arrangement.
