Accepted File Formats

Initial submission

The public submission portal accepts a single readable PDF manuscript of up to 35 MB. The PDF should contain the title, abstract, keywords, main text, tables, figures, references and any declarations needed to evaluate the work. Author names and affiliations must also be entered accurately in the submission form.

After acceptance

The editorial office may request an editable Microsoft Word or LaTeX source file, original figure files and supplementary material for production. Authors should retain all source files and use only templates made available through the MSIS Press website or supplied directly by the editorial office.

Files containing executable code, passwords, macros that are not required for scholarship, or unrelated personal data must not be submitted. Contact the editorial office when a legitimate manuscript exceeds the portal limit.
